Cookie policy
This page explains how the Minivalia website uses cookies.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. It is used in particular to keep your login session active.
The cookies we use
Technical cookies support the site, login and storing your choice. Datafast loads in your browser only with your consent to audience measurement. Its cookies can then connect visits to purchases and refunds. Meta advertising (pixel and server conversions) requires separate consent; your email is sent as a hash, which does not make it anonymous. Your choice and its date are recorded on our servers and remain valid for 182 days. Withdrawal stops new tracking transmissions once recorded; it cannot recall transmissions already started. If a network error occurs, the banner asks you to retry.
Sales statistics
Separately from browser trackers, we monitor our online sales. Each payment not attributed to a visit is sent to Datafast with its amount, currency, date and time, and a random reference specific to that transmission. No name, email, customer, payment or visitor identifier accompanies it. This purpose relies on our legitimate interest in monitoring sales and is not used to profile you. You can exercise your right to object by contacting info@minivalia.fr. A full refund is sent in the same way. Until 30 September 2026, these payments were grouped into a daily total; those totals are still corrected after a refund.
Your consent
A banner is shown on your first visit: you can accept all, refuse all, or customise purpose by purpose, as easily one way as the other. Your choice is kept for 6 months, then asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” button below, also available in the site footer.
Managing cookies
You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies. However, blocking technical cookies may prevent you from logging into your account.
The Google Maps map
The embedded map remains blocked until you click “Show map”. Accepting analytics or advertising does not load it. Loading it contacts Google and may use its trackers. Opening “Manage cookies” withdraws this choice and unloads the map. An external directions link remains available.
Your booking draft
To help you resume your booking, your cart and participants may be stored on your device for 2 hours after their last change. Expired drafts are removed when you next open the site. Signing out or deleting your account also removes them, including from other open tabs. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.
Updates
This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
